Notice is given that Keith Crawford, Andrew Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of McGrathNicol, were appointed as administrators of the companies on 23 October 2025 by the board of directors of each company in accordance with section 239I of the Act.

Notice of First Creditor Meeting

Pursuant to Section 239AO(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

The administrators give notice that a first meeting of the creditors of each company is to be held on 5 November 2025 at 10.00am at the premises of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.

The business to be dealt with at the first meeting of creditors of each company is to consider:

1. Whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members; and
2. Whether to replace Keith Crawford, Andrew Grenfell and Kare Johnstone as administrators of the companies.
