VAPERS MARKET LIMITED and GK IMPORTS LIMITED (both administrators appointed and subject to deed of company arrangement)
Pursuant to Section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
It has now been resolved that a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) be approved under section 239ABA(a) of the Act, and that Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103) be appointed as the deed administrators.
Notice is hereby given under section 239ADY of the Act that the DOCA was duly executed on 1 September 2025 by the directors of the companies and the administrators.
A copy of the DOCA has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
It should be noted that these companies are continuing to trade and will at all times during the administration remain solvent.
