Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Public Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

1. Pursuant to section 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2025 the directors of the company appointed Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42) as voluntary administrators of the company by notices of appointment and resolution passed under section 2391 of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 239AO(1)(b) of the Act, notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Grant Thornton, Level 4, 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland on Friday, 10 October 2025 at 2.00pm.
3. The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
1. whether to appoint a creditors committee; and if so, to appoint its members
2. remove the administrators from office.
