Notice of First Creditors Meeting

The administrators give notice that a first meeting of the creditors of the company is to be held on Friday, 10 October 2025 at 10.00am at Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.

The business to be dealt with at the first meeting of creditors of the company is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members; and
2. whether to replace Andrew John Grenfell and Kare Johnstone as administrators of the company.
