Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AU and Schedule 5 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of creditors of the companies will be held on 8 October 2025 at 11.00am online via Zoom. A Zoom video link will be available on request.

Agenda

Creditors of the companies should:

• Consider the administrators’ report and opinion regarding the business, affairs and financial circumstances of the companies.
• Vote on whether the companies should be placed into liquidation and whether the administrations should end.
• Vote on the formation of a creditor committee.
• Put forward any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote in person, online, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Proxy/voting forms should be received by the administrators no later than 11.00am on 6 October 2025.

The administrators intend to hold a joint meeting of the related companies in accordance with section 239AL of the Act. A creditor may object to a joint meeting by sending written notice to the administrator’s postal or email address by Monday, 6 October 2025 at 11.00am. If no objection is received in accordance with this notice, creditors will be taken to consent to the joint meeting.
