Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, give notice that they were appointed administrators by a resolution of the director on 15 September 2025 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at 4.00pm, Friday 26 September 2025 online via Zoom.

A Zoom video link will be sent to all interested parties.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators
