Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that we were appointed administrators by a secured creditor of the company on 23 January 2025 pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at:

• the offices of Tompkins Wake Lawyers, Shortland & Fort Building, Level 17, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland Central.
• On Wednesday, 5 February 2025 at 11.00am.

A video link will be sent to all interested parties on request.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.
