Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that we were appointed administrators of the companies by a resolution of the director on 8 September 2025 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).
Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held at 11.00am on 15 September 2025 online via Zoom. A Zoom video link will be available on request.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
Creditors may exercise their right to vote in person or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Proxy/voting forms should be received by the administrators no later than Thursday, 11 September 2025 at 11.00am. The meeting will be streamed online to creditors only however online voting is not being accepted.
The administrators intend to hold a joint meeting of the related companies in accordance with section 239AL of the Act. A creditor may object to a joint meeting by sending written notice to the administrator’s postal, email address by Thursday, 11 September 2025 at 11.00am. If no objection is received in accordance with this notice creditors will be taken to consent to the joint meeting.
