with

“Notice is also given pursuant to section 239AO(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that the first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Calibre Partners, Level 21, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland on Monday, 3 February 2025 at 12.00pm.”
