Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that we were appointed administrators by a resolution of the company directors on 22 July 2025 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held by Zoom link on 1 August 2025 at 2.00pm.

A zoom link will be provided to interested creditors.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• whether to replace the administrators.
