Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2025 at 12.51pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several administrators of the above-named company by Bank of New Zealand (as a secured party) pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against the company, including any details of any claims made against the assets of the company pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address noted below.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Auckland Limited, Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland on Monday, 14 July 2025 at 11.30am.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
