Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of the company, pursuant to section 239L of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 May 2025.

The first meeting of creditors will be held by both an in-person meeting, as well as by video conference. The date and time of the concurring meetings are Wednesday, 28 May 2025, commencing at 11.00am. The address for the in-person meeting is 1104 Kaiapo Road, Hastings. Video connection details will be provided to creditors that have filed a claim in the affairs of the company, one day before the meeting is planned to commence.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
