This notice is issued under section 170 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014 and Regulation 42 of the Veterans’ Support Regulations 2014. It came into force on and from 1 April 2024.

Rates of Veteran’s Pension

This notice specifies the rates of Veteran’s Pension payable on and from 1 April 2024 under Part 6 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014 (subject to any abatement under Regulation 42A).

Notice

1. The single living alone rate is $606.67 per week.
2. The single sharing accommodation rate is $558.31 per week.
3. The relationship rate is $461.41 per week.
4. The relationship (partner not receiving superannuation or pension) rate is $874.88 per week.
5. The relationship (partner not receiving superannuation or pension) legacy rate is $922.82 per week.
