Under the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given of the issue on 7 March 2024 of the ACVM Notice: Fertilisers, Plant Biostimulants and Soil Conditioners under the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, which comes into force on 7 March 2025.

A copy of the notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington 6011.
