Under section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, Gerard Anthony Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Grant Murray Robertson has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives with effect at 11.59pm on 22 March 2024, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
