Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that SOUTHERN MARINE FARMS LIMITED and HAJCA LIMITED, being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate and continue as SOUTHERN MARINE FARMS LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamation companies, or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamation companies, as set out below:
