I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

MAESTRO FARMS LIMITED (3739121) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 23 April 2023. The effect being Richard Keith Venimore holds 50 shares and Justine Marie Brennan holds 50 shares.
2. To submit amended annual returns for 2023 and 2024.
