I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

MANEA DAY SPA LIMITED (8157217) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. Remove the particulars of director dated 30 May 2023.
  2. Remove a director consent registered on 30 May 2023.
  3. Remove the update shares and particulars of shareholding dated 30 May 2023.

The effect being Roxanne Teu Heleina Cowan remains the sole director and shareholder.

M E JUKES & SON LIMITED (151863) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. Remove the update shares dated 4 November 2024.
  2. Amend the particulars of shareholding dated 4 November 2024.

The effect being the total number of shares remain to be 12000, and 2000 shares are transferred from Murray Earl Jukes to Trevor Allan Jukes.

NEW ZEALAND CENTRE OF DIGITAL EXCELLENCE LIMITED (8370328) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. Amend the date of a particulars of shareholding from 29 October 2024 to 31 October 2022.
  2. Submit amended annual returns for 2023 and 2024.

The effect being on 31 October 2022, 1020 shares were transferred from Otago Polytechnic Limited (7926677) to Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology.

YELLOWSTONE LIMITED (1468730) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. Enter a particulars of shareholding dated 9 October 2024.
  2. Submit an amended annual return for 2024.

The effect being on 9 October 2024, Paula Ioanides holds 50 shares and Angelo Ioanides holds 50 shares.
