I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

MAKARAKA DAIRY 2014 LIMITED (5007682) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. To enter an update of shares dated 31 March 2024. The effect being the total number of shares is 100.
  2. To enter two particulars of shareholding dated 31 March 2024. The effect being Natalie Ann Teutenberg and Nathan Francis Teutenberg hold 50 shares each, and transferred 15 shares each to Natalie Ann Teutenberg, Nathan Francis Teutenberg and Che Sky Whitaker jointly.
  3. To submit amended annual returns for 2024.

NOVA FREIGHT & LOGISTICS LIMITED (1164091) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. To remove a particulars of shareholding dated 10 November 2028 at 11.05am. The effect being Anthony Wilder and David John Wilder remain to be joint holders of 900 shares while Anthony Wilder remains to be a holder of 100 shares.
  2. To submit amended annual returns for 2018 until 2023.

RANGEVIEW ROAD FAMILY COMPANY LIMITED (6415233) – to remove a particulars of director dated 17 October 2024. The effect being Shane Steven Mankelow remains a director.
