I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

NZ BRICK SHOP LIMITED (8454705) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. Remove a particulars of company address dated 7 August 2024 at 9.26am. The effect being on 7 August 2024, the registered office address and address for service was changed from “Armstrong Fleming Ltd, 11 Young Street, New Plymouth 4310” to “Andrew de Haas, 56b Bayly Road, Blagdon, New Plymouth 4310.”
  2. Remove a particulars of director dated 7 August 2024 at 9.27am. The effect being on 7 August 2024 at 10.15am, the address for Andrew de Haas changed from 11 Young Street, New Plymouth 4310” to “56b Bayly Road, Blagdon, New Plymouth 4310.”

PARNELL MOTORS (2020) LIMITED (7998405) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 1 October 2023. The effect being on 1 October 2023, Grant Maaka Wenzlick holds 20 shares, Grant Maaka Wenzlick, Tania Randrup and G&A Home Trustee 01 Limited jointly hold 30 shares.
  2. To enter a particulars of shareholding dated 1 April 2024. The effect being on 1 April 2024, Grant Maaka Wenzlick holds 5 shares and Grant Maaka Wenzlick, Tania Randrup and G&A Home Trustee 01 Limited jointly hold 45 shares.
  3. Submit amended annual returns for 2024.
