Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

It is noted:

1. That the companies Methven Trucking Company Limited and GlenBrae Transport 2014 Limited (“the amalgamating companies”) are amalgamated as of 1 March 2024 and continue thereafter as Methven Trucking Company Limited (“amalgamation”).
2. Copies of the Amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of GlenBrae Transport 2014 Limited or any person whom GlenBrae Transport 2014 Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies and at such places as may be specified during normal business hours.
3. A shareholder or creditor of GlenBrae Transport 2014 Limited or any person to whom GlenBrae Transport 2014 Limited is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to GlenBrae Transport 2014 Limited.
