Pursuant to section 385(3) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter Barker, Deputy Registrar of Companies, issued a notice of prohibition dated 20 October 2021 which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 October 2021, Notice No. 2021-ot4635, prohibiting Gregory Martin Olliver from being a director or promoter of, or being concerned in or taking part, whether directly or indirectly, in the management of any company for a period of four years as from the date of that notice.

I, Vanessa Cook, Assistant Registrar of Companies, hereby give notice that the High Court at Auckland has set aside the Deputy Registrar’s decision to impose a prohibition of four years and directed that Gregory Martin Olliver is prohibited for a term of three years from 20 October 2021.
