I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

BISHOP HOLDINGS (FIJI) LIMITED (1881753) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove all Particulars of Director recorded from 16 November 2022 until 27 February 2024.
2. Remove all Director Consents registered from 16 November 2022 until 27 February 2024.
3. Remove all Particulars of Shareholding from 16 November until 29 November 2022.
4. Remove all Particulars of Company Address from 16 November 2022 until 16 February 2023.

The effect being Timothy Terence Manning of Level 11, 19–21 Como Street, Takapuna, North Shore City 0622, and appointed on 13 November 2006 remains the sole director, that TFT INVESTMENTS LIMITED of Level 4, 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland remains the sole shareholder since 16 November 2022, and that the Registered Office and Address for Service remain to be Grant Thornton New Zealand Ltd, Level 4, 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.
