Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED hereby gives notice pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that it proposes to amalgamate with TRA Group Limited (Company Number: 8183528) on 27 June 2024, with THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED continuing as the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED or any person to whom The THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies (being PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 26 Pwc Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010) during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED or any person to whom THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to THE RESEARCH AGENCY LIMITED.
