by Transfer of Incorporation to Samoa

Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

MINOR HOLDINGS LIMITED (“Company”) hereby gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Act, for the Company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the Company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Samoa.

The Company will apply to the Registrar to remove the Company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than 20 working days after the date of the publication of this notice.
