Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held virtually on 7 March 2024 at 4.00pm. Please contact the email provided for a link to the virtual meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

1. To consider the administrators’ report
2. To resolve pursuant to a vote of creditors as to:

1. whether to execute a Deed of Company Arrangement; or
2. whether to bring the administration to an end (such that control of the company reverts to its directors); or
3. whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
