Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held on Thursday, 19 December 2024 at 2.00pm at Waterstone Insolvency, 16 Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland.

Proxies and postal votes must be received by the administrators no later than two working days prior to the voting. Please ensure all proxies and postal votes are emailed to peter@waterstone.co.nz.

The purpose of the adjourned meeting is to:

1. Consider the administrators’ report
2. To resolve pursuant to a vote of creditors as to:
1. Whether to bring the administration to an end (such that control of the company reverts to its directors); or
2. Whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
