Notice of Joint Watershed Meeting of Creditors to Decide the Companies’ Future

Pursuant to Sections 239AL and 239AU(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is now given that a joint meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held remotely on Friday, 30 August 2024 at 3.00pm.

Creditors of the companies will be sent a Teams link to the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is for the creditors of the companies to resolve:

1. that the company execute a deed of company arrangement; or
2. that the administration should end; or
3. that the company be put into liquidation.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote online or by appointing a proxy or submitting a postal vote. Proxy/voting forms must be received by the administrators by 3.00pm Friday, 30 August 2024.

A notice of the intention to hold a joint watershed meeting was issued to creditors on 31 July 2024 to which no objections have been received.
