Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Auckland Limited, Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, 9 July 2024, commencing at 2.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Tony Maginness and Jared Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators, or to appoint replacement liquidators.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than two working days before the meeting.
