Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting for the creditors of MANTA5 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (administrators appointed) and BRIGHT SPARK INNOVATIONS GP LIMITED (administrators appointed) will be held on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 at 9.30am.

The meeting will be held at the offices of BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1 The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga. There is also the option to attend online via Microsoft Teams.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrators
2. To determine:
1. Whether the partnership/company should be placed into liquidation
2. Whether Paul Thomas Manning and Jessica Jane Kellow should be appointed as joint liquidators
3. Whether the administration end and control of the partnership/company be returned to the partners/directors
