Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12688182.1 by Jocelyn Shirley Willetts c/- Holland Beckett, Private Bag 12011, Tauranga 3143, Attention: Natasha van der Wal for land between Mauku Street and 35 Tawhero Street, Mamaku being 3885 and 5526 square metres, more or less, and being part of Sections 8–9 Block XXIV Village of Mamaku now shown as Lots 1–2 on Land Transfer Plan 584372 in Record of Title SA116/148 in the South Auckland Land Registration District owned by James O’Hara. The applicant claims to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for 26 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 12 February 2025. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
