Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12691027.1 by Elizabeth Adele Dawkins and Lindsay Gerald Dawkins, c/- Radich Law, PO Box 842, Blenheim 7240 for land at 303 Gartys Road, Amberley being 0.5716 ha more or less and being Lots 61–63 and 69–71 DP 69 in Record of Title CB145/297 in the Canterbury Land Registration District owned by John O’Connor. The applicants claim to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for 32 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 9 January 2025. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
