Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12670512.1 by Bellgrove Rangiora Limited and NTP Development Holdings Limited, c/- Castle Law, 1/26 Mary Street, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024 for land adjoining the eastern boundary of 78 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora being 308 square metres, more or less, and being Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan 578990 in the Canterbury Land Registration District and being part of Part Rural Section 396 in Record of Title CB488/239 owned by Louie May Torrance. The applicants claim to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for more than 33 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 16 December 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
