Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12341618.1 by Teresa April Hammond, c/- P.A.G Law Limited, PO Box 38, Dargaville 0340 for land at 52 Heawa Road, Aratapu, RD 1, Dargaville 0371 being 404 square metres, more or less, and being Lot 27 Deeds Plan C8 now shown as Lot 1 on LT 544663 in Record of Title NA564/107 in the North Auckland Land Registration District owned by Sarah Jane Anderson. The applicant claims to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land since 13 December 1978.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 8 May 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
