Notice Pursuant to Section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017
The applicants described below have applied under section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the removal of a right to transmit electricity at South Auckland Land Registration District. The applicant claims the right to transmit electricity is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right to transmit electricity on 19 August 2024 if no objections have been received before that date. You may object by giving notice to the Registrar-General of Land by 16 August 2024.

Applicants: Beryl Anne Bell and Maxwell Sydney Bell, 1/978 Maungatautari Road, RD 2, Cambridge.
Easement: Right to transmit electricity over part Lot 1 DP 530516 marked I on DP 530516 being the land in Certificate of Title 863007 registered on 26.8.1999 at 9.00am in favour of benefited owners Jan Marius Christensen and Patris Lynette Christensen Certificate of Title 638104 and Craig Richard Kennard and Deborah Joy Kennard Certificate of Title 638105.
Circumstances: The easement is extinguished because it is redundant in that all or part of the benefited land no longer adjoins the burdened land as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 313120 and as a result the easement has no practical effect.
