Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12676916.1 by SB & AM Gold Limited, c/- O’Malley & Co Limited, 20 James Street, PO Box 44, Balclutha 9240, for land that adjoins to the western boundary of 1274 Kaka Point Road, Balclutha, being 1011 and 1011 square metres more or less and being Section 4 and 5 Block X Town of Molyneux in Record of Title OT219/298, now shown as Lots 1 and 2 on LT 540900 respectively in the Otago Land Registration District owned by Frederick Austin Thomson and Daniel Clarke. The applicant claims to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for 21 years and 9 months.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 11 October 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
