Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12792535.1 by Christopher Declan Lynch and Megan Jane Lynch, c/- Dean & Coleman Law, 20 Wear Street, Oamaru 9400, PO Box 242, Oamaru 9444 for land at 29 Beach Road, South Hill, Oamaru being 0.1393 hectares more or less and being Lot 1 Deposited Plan 561563 in Record of Title OT28/66 in the Otago Land Registration District owned by Anna Maria Eyre Fenwick and Cecil Godfrey Fenwick as executors of the estate of Fairfax Fenwick. The applicants claim to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for over 30 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 27 September 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
