Notice Pursuant to Section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017

The applicant described below has applied under section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the removal of a Right of Way easement in the Taranaki Land Registration District. The applicant claims the Right of Way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 31 May 2024 the Records of Title will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of Way easement over part Lot 11 DP 9090 coloured yellow on DP 9090 in Record of Title TNA1/575 (“burdened land”) owned by Rebekah Ann Bloomfield, and over part Lot 10 DP 9090 coloured yellow on DP 9090 in Record of Title TNA1/743(“burdened land”) owned by Melanie Fay Lindsay, and over part Lot 9 DP 9090 coloured yellow on DP 9090 in Record of Title TNA1/794 (“burdened land”) owned by Kellee Lee French, and over part Lot 8 DP 9090 coloured yellow on DP 9090 in Record of Title TNA2/9 (“burdened land”) owned by Rowan Donald Julian and Eileen Lesley Julian, for the benefit of Lot 2 DP 582976 held in part Record of Title TNA2/384 owned by Phillip Tony Adlam.

Circumstances: The easement has been separated from the “burdened land” by the subdivision of DP 582976.
