Notice Pursuant to Section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017
The applicants described below have applied under section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the removal of a Forestry Right at Marlborough. The applicants claim the Forestry Right is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the Forestry Right on 6 June 2024 if no objections have been received before that date. You may object by giving notice to the Registrar-General of Land.
Application Number: 12955690.2
Applicants: Paul Robert Cheyne Reid, Benjamin Ramsay Harman and Bronwyn Louise Harman as to a ½ share and Colin Richard Harman, Benjamin Ramsay Harman, Rachel Kay Rose and Canterbury Trustees (2018) Limited as to a ½ share. Harmans Lawyers, Level 2, 79–81 Cashel Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011.
Easement: Forestry Right 179843 granting rights over Lot 9 DP 9382. Registered on 23 May 1995 at 9.35am in favour of Derenzy Forests Limited.
Circumstances: Forestry Right is extinguished because an event specified in the Forestry Right has occurred being the completion of harvesting and removal of the trees on the land subject to the Forestry Right, bringing this Forestry Right to an end and as a result the Forestry Right has no practical effect.
Dated at Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch this 9th day of April 2024.
PAULINE JARVIS, for Registrar-General of Land.
