Notice Pursuant to Section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017
The applicants described below have applied under section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the removal of a drainage easement in the Canterbury Land Registration District. The applicants claim the drainage easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 13 May 2024 the Records of Title will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Drainage easement over part Rural Section 7 in Record of Title CB20K/93 (“burdened land”) owned by Geoffrey Peter Ward, Debra Dawn Hartnell-Ward and Young Hunter Trustees Limited, for the benefit of Lot 1 DP 559813 in Record of Title 986615 owned by R & J King Trustees Limited, Jacqueline Ellen King and Richard James King, and Lot 2 DP 559813 in Record of Title 986616 owned by Zheng Li and Lan Zhu.
Circumstances: The easement has been separated from the burdened land by the subdivision of DP 478124.
