I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Record of Title to the below-named applicant under section 172(1)(b) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the land described below.

Such Record of Title may be issued unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 11 June 2024.

Application 12953012.2 by Oliver Richard Ingram and Emma Jane Ingram c/- Thompson Blackie Biddles, Level 36, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, for an estate in fee simple in 0.0016 hectares, more or less, being Lots 4 and 5 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District, under number LT 550331 being parts Allotment 34 Parish of Titirangi which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume A2 Folio 132, such land being part of the land granted to John Ross, under Crown Grant 940 on 27 September 1845 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 14955 dated 3 August 1859 to John Rogan who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
