The applicants described below have applied under section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the removal of a Forestry Right at Wellington. The applicants claim the Forestry Right is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the Forestry Right on 7 May 2024 if no objections have been received before that date. You may object by giving notice to the Registrar-General of Land by 7 May 2024.

Applicants: Ian Peter Hunter and Marcia Helen Ruth Hunter, 982 Tora Road, RD 2, Martinborough 5782.

Easement: Forestry Right 6888788.4 over Lot 2 DP 398792 and Section 239, 254 Awhea District. Registered on 1 June 2006 at 9.00am being the land contained in Certificate of Title 392900 in favour of Marcia Helen Ruth Hunter and Ian Peter Hunter.

Circumstances: Forestry Right is extinguished because an event in the document that created the Forestry Right has occurred and brought it to an end, namely the completion of the harvesting and removal of the present crop and that the Forestry Right no longer benefits the right holders and is no longer in force, used or operative.
