Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and acting under the delegated authority from the Minister of Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 18 December 2023 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 December 2023, Notice No.2023-ln5905, by deleting the words

“All subject to 9236042.1. Notice pursuant to section 195(2) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.”

from the recital of that notice and replacing them with the words

“Subject, in the case of the land in the Second and Third Schedules, to 9236042.1. Notice pursuant to section 195(2) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.”
