Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister for Conservation, the Land Regulatory Delivery Manager, Department of Conservation:

Pursuant to section 24(1), declares the reservation of the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be revoked on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, and
Pursuant to section 25(1), declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice may be disposed of by the Central Otago District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Cromwell Reserves Account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.
