- Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Manawatu District Council; and
- Pursuant to section 119 the land described in the Second Schedule is taken as severance and vested in Duncan Graham Bartleet and Carol Gregory Bartlett and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act, amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN29C/742
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
