Land Declared Road and Land Taken as Severance and Vested—Awahuri – Feilding Road, Feilding, Manawatu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Wall, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Manawatu District Council; and
Pursuant to section 119 the land described in the Second Schedule is taken as severance and vested in Duncan Graham Bartleet and Carol Gregory Bartlett and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act, amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN29C/742

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
