- Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Christchurch City Council.
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 118(1)(a), the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Christchurch City Council as an esplanade reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977; and
- Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and held as Water (Hydro) parcels.
