Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 14 September 2023 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 November 2023, Notice No. 2023-ln5218, by deleting the land described in the Schedule below from the Second Schedule and inserting the land described in the Schedule below to the First Schedule on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
