Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and with delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the Schedule to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 July 2024, Notice No. 2024-ln3255, is hereby replaced with the below.

1. Pursuant to section 52(1) declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 52(1) declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
