Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Land Information, Rebekah McCrae, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 114(1) and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired and declared road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(7), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land described in the Second Schedule and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
