Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kāpiti Coast District Council further to their resolution dated 28 November 2024, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice as a Recreation Reserve to be held for the purposes of recreation in accordance with section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977, to be known as Leon Kiel Reserve. The declaration shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
